Breastfeeding in public tends to be controversial. However, if a bottle-fed baby can have her dinner in public, why shouldn’t a breastfed baby have the same rights? I have certainly never seen a public restroom that I would like to feed my baby in! I personally, prefer to put a soft blanket over my shoulders while i am nursing and that is just me. That helps my kid nurse without distraction and I feel protected from the eyes of people who see breat as object of pleasure. So I applaud all the women who can bare it all and nurse their kids in public. As more and more women do it, will help change the way people look at breast-as a wonderful means created by god to feed and comfort babies.
