Cute Slings started when my son was 3 months old. Other carriers/slings did not look appealing to me. They weren't stylish or chic & either had buckles, snaps or rings. I used to go to a great moms group every week & one day a mom walked in with a pouch baby sling. I was hooked right away! Her baby sling was not cute at all...striped fabric & very dull. Since I was pretty good with my sewing machine, I decided to see if I could sew one with my own fabric. It was so fun picking out fabric that I liked & that I thought was super cute (fabric selection has been the best part in this journey). After 3 or so slings that I made, I finally made one that was the right size & the pouch was perfect for my son to hang out in. After making my new baby sling, all the moms at my moms group wanted one & that was the beginning of Cute Slings. I never expected that it would become a business but I am thrilled that I can help teach & show moms how beneficial baby wearing can be for both mom & baby!

Thanks for all of your support & great feedback on our products. Now that the CPSIA has eased up a bit, I can move forward on a few ideas that I have!
